Hola Familia! Feliz feliz feliz Navidad!!!! It was so good to see your faces and hear your perfectly accent-less voices! I got a big Christmas surprise yesterday! Which is why we couldn't email. I woke up sick to my stomach :) I think I have a talent for getting sick on important days! haha, so the one time we get P-day all day, I get sick and I have to spend it in bed... so typical! But hey, I can't complain, it's always a good Christmas if you get to sleep all day :) We enjoyed opening all of the Christmas gifts! Haha honestly it was an awesome package! Loved all of the scriptures that went along with the presents! And my comp too! We took a video, as requested but this computer is struggling to upload, so maybe I can't send it until next week, sorry! But looks like you guys had a super fun Christmas weekend! haha loved seeing the pictures! Especially the pink nightgown!! Hahahah oh Ez! Jarrad, thanks for thinking of me in the Christmas dinner! HAPPY BIRTHDAY EZ! ...

Hola Familia! It's been a cool week here in San Cris! Literally, much colder than any other week of my life in the past year! Haha last week I bought a jacket and I thought I was going to die the first two days, but now I'm good. I don't know if I just got used to the cold or if the last couple of days have just been a little warmer, but I think it's the later. I actually love that I never sweat! And our area is beautiful! Because it's very touristic the city is very pretty and colorful, and the streets are a lot cleaner. There are a lot of tourists that come from all over the world, especially Europe. I don't think I'd ever met so many Europeans in my life, and I didn't expect to meet them in Mexico! We had a Christmas activity in one of the central parks on Sunday and me and my companion contacted a couple from England and I learned that my English is trash, at least when I'm talking about the gospel. I was trying to explain the Book of Mormon ...

Hola Familia! Well, I've got some news. Tomorrow I will no longer be here in Terrazas :,(. I'm getting transferred to San Cristobal de las Casas!!!! I'll be a sister training leader with Hermana Ventura, who goes home the same transfer as I do! San Cris is like the coveted area of the mission, it's literally the only place in Chiapas that isn't hot and I've wanted to go there my whole mission. It's super beautiful and one of the greatest tourist hot spots in Chiapas, and it's where they make all of the cool Chiapanecan things! But haha there's always a catch, right? It's like super perfect weather all year, and then in December it's freezing. And I'm terrified, because randomly two days ago it got super cold here in Tuxtla. I don't know what the temperature is, but I've never been so cold in all of my mission and I'm suddenly remembering that I don't like the cold! And everyone is scaring me because they're all giv...

Hola familia!! It's been a great week here in Terrazas! I'm back to just one comp :`( Hermana Tlachi has been taken from us for her last week, so we won't get to kill her off after all. It's just me and Hermana Varela. But it's cool! Hermana Varela actually speaks English, her degree is in foreign languages and she wants to be an interpreter, so it's fun to speak Spanglish or English when we need to say something that no one else should know! "Hey hermana, will you eat my tomatoes?" We started off the week going on exchanges with the sisters from La Salle, me and Hermana Varela were with Hermana Marìn! There's a member family called the Pa_ family that I've been helping their son with his English homework and during exchanges they gave us like 10 bottle cans of fruity baby food hahaha so all week we've been enjoying well balanced meals by Gerber. That was one of the many miracles! Another was Ab_. Ab_ is one of the students in my ...
